1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 56bmw Casino ("56bmw," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the 56bmw website located at https://56bmw.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Platform").

3. Account Registration and Security

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on 56bmw. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and registered Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 56bmw login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. 56bmw will never ask for your password via chat, SMS, or email.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify 56bmw immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 56bmw shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Account Verification (KYC): 56bmw may require you to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) procedures before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All financial transactions on 56bmw are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Approved Payment Methods: 56bmw accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved Philippine payment channels, including GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers to and from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
• Own Funds Only: All funds deposited into your 56bmw account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 56bmw reserves the right to return funds and close accounts where third-party funding is detected.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are processed as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within minutes; bank transfers are typically completed within one (1) business day. • Withdrawal Conditions: Players must have wagered their deposited funds at least once before a withdrawal request will be processed. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements as described in Section 5.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games, table games, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited. 56bmw is not obligated to reinstate expired bonuses.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the 56bmw Platform are sourced from certified third-party game providers and use independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The following rules apply to all gameplay:

• Game results are final once a round is completed. 56bmw will not reverse game outcomes except in cases of verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during gameplay, 56bmw will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed, the wager will be returned to the Player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Account Suspension

• Creating or operating more than one account on 56bmw.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.

• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reclaimed.

• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or from payment accounts not registered in your own name.

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 56bmw.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 56bmw, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Losses resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors beyond 56bmw's reasonable control.
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

56bmw's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

56bmw collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Amendments to These Terms

The updated Terms will take effect immediately upon posting unless a later effective date is specified.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 56bmw informally by contacting our customer support team. 56bmw will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
